In-House Sales Team
Vantage appears to utilize a combination of strategic partnerships, traditional advertising, and field agents to market its services. There is no indication that the company employs a large staff of independently contracted sales agents, and we cannot find any Vantage Card Services reviews that describe deceptive sales tactics by the company’s agents. In fact, the Vantage website includes a great deal of useful information for merchants, including a warning against long-term contracts with early termination fees and an explanation of tiered pricing versus interchange-plus pricing.
No Red Flags
In general, the company appears to place an emphasis on fair, transparent marketing tactics. We have therefore assigned it an “A” rating in this category. However, if you suspect that Vantage is overcharging you, you can double-check your monthly bill with a third-party statement audit.

Worst company ever!
A major glitch in their system. After swiping a clients debit card 5xs realized vantage was dealing with an issue on their end! Those charges are authorized on their end but not processed. I have zero record on my batch. So they are sitting in the cloud somewhere. This happened Tuesday 3/28 and I was offered zero assistance and I had to refund my clients money out of my own pocket. Still waiting for the charges to drop off and vantage to take full responsibility. Also cards that are manually entered go through and vantage will not be refunding the higher fee for manually entering. Once this situation is resolved I will no longer be working with vantage and I recommend you look elsewhere

Because this company was listed as a top company, I gave them a call. I wanted to use their services and was told by the person answering the call that they weren’t interested in working with me and then hung up on me. Very strange. i called back and said “I am curious as to why you are not interested” got some vague answers and I asked if I could talk to a sales person. She said they don’t have any right now. In other words, they don’t seem to be a going concern from my perspective. Don’t bother to talk to them. i rate them a 1!
